My name is Andrey Vinnik. I’m one of the co-founders and directors at “Asanta” LLC (“Amrita” trade mark, and retail chain). «Amrita» is a Ukrainian producer and distributor of the best domestic products for health and beauty. It’s a leading company in the segment of direct sales, giving high-quality services to the clients by means of the club system.

With The Innovative Management Center "Pocherk" I got acquainted in February, 2008. Before, in search of decisions for development of the business, during two years I co-operated with several consulting companies, results were different.  I appealed to Iunona Ilina on recommendation. At that time I had a sharp necessity to break through my a little bit summer period, which was perceived by me as saturated, but dissatisfying me on the dynamics of its development.
My query was to promote "Amrita"'s business efficiency by rebuilding the management system. To promote the personal efficiency as a general manager. I was attracted by the system of technologies, operated by "Pocherk", and also eccentric personality of its leader — Iunona.

Now several projects are completed: long-term and short-term aims are put, planning is carried out in the format of MBO, the strategy is formulated, basic directions of development and business processes are made clear. TOP team is recruited for the needs of a new organizational structure. Development of personnel policy and implementation of Result-Function for TOP managers and heads of the departments is being started.
In times of our collaboration Iunona very flexibly reacted upon my requests and in most situations professionally helped me and my key managers to find system decisions.  It is obvious that her interest goes out of the frames of the task which was set, and support which Iunona aimed to render engulfed all the system of the business in a whole. Even insignificant details, at first glance, did not remain regardless.
