We got to know about the School of Technologies "Pocherk" from our partners in pharmaceutical business, whose experience of socializing with the team of Iunona Ilina has been  measured for years. A positive review about the work of the training system convinced us in the necessity to study the correct construction of business relations exactly in "Pocherk".

We would like to express gratitude to the Ph. D. in Psychology, senior researcher at the Department of New Informational Technologies in Teaching at the Institute of Psychology named after G.S.Kostiuk of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, to the founder of the IMC "Pocherk" Iunona Ilina for talented, non-formal approach to the organization and conducting the training "Coercive Negotiations". Professional competence, reasonable demand, individual approach to every participant are perfectly combined by you with openness, respect to the point of view of the other person, friendship.

The developed method of conducting the training differs from already existing by the point that a main accent is done on actualization of the personal qualities of each participant, allowing after training to solve both business tasks and questions of social communications. Teaching and socializing with you changes the vision of the world, allowing to be successful absolutely in all the spheres of life. And it convinces better than any statistics!

Carefully thought out strategy of the trainer towards both parts, participating in negotiations causes respect. Ability to look at an interlocutor differently appears after the training, taking into account his psychological portrait and not losing the focus on your own goals, saving the values. It helps to develop long-term business relations of a new type, based on mutual respect and taking into account the interests of everyone.
Perfectly prepared by you the team of trainers and customer care managers, their business and at the same time partner approach to the participants of the training deserves the greatest estimation. I would like to express separate warm gratitude to Elena Mekhanik and Mila Marchenko for professionalism, heartiness and sincere respect.
Literally in a day after the training, with the use of the got knowledge, we conducted successful negotiations the logical motion of which was lined up beforehand.
