About a hundred years ago, in the epoch, when the apartments for the living of ordinary people were built according to individual, not typical projects, when each detail of fronton, elegant balustrades and balconies were drawn by hands, they appreciated the most of those masters, who could take out the bricks from the old buildings with incredible accuracy and put them in a new one, or even to build small architectural masterpieces from the old materials, the price of which were incredibly high.

The bricklayers chose the special constitution of mortars in order to fix the valuable elements not only firmly but also to add them additional beauty. Usually these buildings had durability, longevity and extraordinary solutions….
The above-mentioned analogy is not casual, because in the large view, the task of modern business-trainer consists of cleaning the bricks of our financial knowledge, business experience, corporate intuition, administrative trade from stratification of parochialism and stereotype, clamp them by eccentric connections, enabling us to reconstruct our old home-company so that it could become a new architecture-business masterpiece.
