МВО-session "HeidelbergCement Ukraine "

More than 3 years Production Group HeidelbergCement Ukraine have been collaborating with Centre of Innovation Management Pocherk. In the end of August, 2010 the companies carried out the MBO evaluation session in Dnepropetrovsk.

The aim of the session was to analyze the percentage of the goal achievement and to work out decisions in order to provide the 100% fulfillment of MBO goals of Group.
In addition to main aims of the session the management consultant and the session moderator Iunona Ilina conducted a number of training sets:
1. Types of results and methods of managing results.
2. Types of responsibility for TOP-managers and methods of managing them.
In conclusion it should be said that the group of the TOP-managers works very hard, there is a positive dynamics, and this provides additional certainty to everybody who work with this Production Group. HCU sets ambitious and global aims and it achieves them. We, CIM Pocherk, wishes the company good luck in goal achievements.
MBO (Management by Objectives) is an instrument of management, it is a document where there are all the goals, all the processes, projects, people, dates of the company on “one sheet”. MBO is an instrument of easy control and management.
