I would like to express enormous gratitude to you for the implementation of the project of business consulting to our organization in 2006 - 2007 which was carried out by your company.

Work according to this direction was divided into a few stages:
1. Personal couching with the owner of the company.
2. Development of the result-functions for the top-management of the company.
3. Implementation of the result-functions.
4. Advising and estimation of the result of implementation.

During a year of collaboration with the Innovative Management  Center "Pocherk"  "Noviy Standart Delovih Poezdok" company passed to the new high-quality level of  customer service, innovations implementation has transformed us from a small company, the amount of employees of which was 18 people in 2005 and the work of which looked rather like a chaotic reaction upon requests of clients, to quite a large for our industry company of 50 people, which plans the business, follows the developed strategy, promotes new products to the market, wanted by our clients.
Implementation of the Result-function allowed the management of the company  and employees for sure to designate the stage of co-operation on all the stages of the activity, level of responsibility, to define the aims of every position and criteria of estimation. Iunona Ilina taught TOP-Managers of the company to think in aims and results.

Presently a collaboration proceeds on the separate teaching modules that inspires and motivates the employees of our company.
