Let me express gratitude to the trainers Iunona Ilina, the expert Elena Pilipenko and all the personnel of professionals of the center "Pocherk". Thanks to you I saw new possibilities for the solution of a lot of questions in-process with the personnel.

"UTN-Vostok" Company is a company with successful long-term experience the basis of which is the personnel. Employees are our main treasure. And it is necessary to find the key to each of them, individual approach.
Each HR manager aims to create the know-how in the personnel management, however quite often these good intentions remain realized only on a paper. During the training the answers were got, why is so, how to define what actually the business owner needs, management instruments and methods of effective co-operation of employees for realization of the declared plans.

There was a block about motivation and corporate culture, which was very interesting and valuable for me, and also tasks about problematization of complaints and setting of tasks.
Skills, got during the training, are useful both to the beginner specialists and for employees, having a large experience in the sphere of human resources management.

Work during the training was going easily and naturally, all quickly joined the game and efficiently got along with the tasks.
